Westminster Toddlers and Twos
Enrollment Policies and Procedures
2008-2009
Eligibility: Westminster Toddlers and Twos is open to children of all faiths and ethnic backgrounds and children with special needs. To be eligible for enrollment, a child must be one year old prior to September 30th. Children under the age of 2 years on September 30, 2008 may register for two days. Children who are 2 years or older on September 30, 2008 have the option to register for two or three days.
Fall Enrollment Procedure:
Registration for the groups listed below will take place December 3, 2007 through December 14, 2007. Groups below are listed in the order in which they will be processed. The order in which each individual form, within each group, will be processed is decided by lottery. The groups listed below MUST HAVE REGISTRATION FORMS IN THE SCHOOL OFFICE BY 12:00 NOON ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER14, 2007. Forms may be picked up in the school office, received by mail, or downloaded from the website after December 3, 2007.
1. Children currently enrolled in the Toddlers and Twos program.
2. Siblings of children currently enrolled.
3. Members of Westminster Presbyterian Church.
4. Siblings of children enrolled in Westminster Weekday Kindergarten and siblings of T & T alumni.
Registration for Members of the Community (those families not falling in any of the above listed categories):
Community registration will take place January 7, 2008 through January 18, 2008. Forms will be processed in a lottery fashion after January 18, 2008, so it does not matter when you get your form in as long as it is in the school office BY 12:00 NOON on FRIDAY, JANUARY 18, 2008. Forms may be picked up in the school office, received by mail, or downloaded from the website after January 7, 2008.
Summer Enrollment Procedure: Registration for Summer session 2008 will take place in March. Only children who were age appropriate for the 2007-2008 school year are eligible to register for the Summer 2008 program.
Wait List: Once all enrollment spots are filled, remaining applications will be placed on a waitlist in the order they were drawn. You will remain on the waitlist for the entire academic year. The waitlist does not carry over from year to year.
Registration Fees: A non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 must accompany each application for enrollment. Note: Registration fees are waived for members of Westminster Presbyterian Church.

12-23 months: 2 Days $2,135.00 (Children attend one day a week during the month of September
24-35 months: 2 Days $2,250.00 3 Days $3,360.00
Health Examination: Prior to the beginning of each program, each child is required to have a health examination by a licensed physician and must adhere to local immunization standards.
Withdrawal: Tuition is non-refundable.
